How can we help?

Two ways, pick whichever you already use.

On the website. Go to Report an issue, choose the product it affects, mark it as a Bug or a Suggestion, describe what happened, and attach up to ten screenshots. You need to be logged in, with Discord or GitHub. Each report is written up by AI and comes out of your AI budget, which your profile's Usage tab shows. Filed reports appear publicly on the issue tracker, where you can follow the discussion and see when staff resolve it.

On GitHub. Open an issue in the product's repository, for example LunaNPC. It becomes a report on the tracker as you wrote it, and every reply on either side shows up on the other, so you can keep talking where you like.

Open a ticket instead when the problem is account-specific or private: anything you would rather not put on a public board.

LunaCore is an ecosystem of plugins, modules and mods built around server infrastructure and gaming. It is mostly free. The aim is software that feels premium without being priced like it.

Everything is built and hosted here: the mods, the developer APIs behind them, and the infrastructure they run on. LunaNPC is the first public project, with more on the way.

From the LunaNPC page: Modrinth, CurseForge or a direct download from this site, all free. It is a Fabric mod, so you need Fabric Loader and Fabric API. The page lists the exact versions each release needs under Requirements.

Report write-ups and LunaAI chats are done by AI, so every account gets a free daily and weekly allowance. Your profile's Usage tab shows how much of it you have used, as a percentage, and when it resets: days at midnight Berlin time, weeks on Monday.

Every release and update across all LunaCore projects is listed on the changelog, newest first. You can filter it to a single product if you only care about one of them.
